Secret21ofc Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the secret21ofc platform by all Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the secret21ofc platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the secret21ofc management. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The secret21ofc platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at secret21ofc. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.
Identity verification may be required before you can withdraw funds. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is kept up to date at all times.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. secret21ofc will never request your password via email, message, or any other external communication channel.
Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered your own actions. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the secret21ofc platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Holding more than one active account at the same time
- Sharing an account with another individual or transferring account ownership
- Attempting to manipulate the system, games, or betting outcomes in an unauthorised manner
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the secret21ofc platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and direct bank transfer.
Deposit
Funds deposited into your account are strictly for entertainment use on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. Any promotions or bonuses tied to deposits are subject to additional terms stated separately.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. secret21ofc reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to five business days.
Unauthorised Transactions
If any suspicious or unauthorised transactions are detected in your account, we reserve the right to freeze the account while an investigation is carried out. Users are required to report any unrecognised transactions to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limit
Secret21ofc is not liable for any financial loss, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption.
Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk, and the decision to place any bet is made entirely at the user's own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the secret21ofc platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of secret21ofc and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the secret21ofc management team.
Third-Party Links & Services

Account Policy – Suspension and Closure
Secret21ofc reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

- Fraud: Any signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system
- False information: Providing false information during registration or the verification process
- User requests: Account closure requested by the user
- Legal requirements: Instructions from the relevant authorities
In the event of an account suspension, any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is complete and no violations are confirmed. Balances linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations may be subject to full forfeiture.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the applicable process and are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
